Dr. Lisa Morton was born a Marine Corps brat, finally settling in North Carolina in 1987 after a somewhat nomadic lifestyle. She attended North Carolina State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and began working at Brigadoon. In 2018 she became the practice owner. While not at the hospital, she spends time with her husband, Roger, and their duo of fabulous felines.

Dr. Tonya Nowell-Neville is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. She graduated from North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 and has since built a successful career in mixed animal and small animal medicine. Dr. Nowell-Neville also owned her own veterinary hospital for two decades! In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family, attending church, and playing sports.

Zoe comes to us from humble roots, beginning her grooming career as a bather at PetSmart over five years ago. She spent several years honing her skills while mentoring under multiple groomers before becoming Academy Certified in 2021.

Now a full-time canine groomer for over four years, Zoe continues to expand her knowledge and expertise, most recently stepping into the world of feline grooming. She provides our feline companions with the same love, dedication, and professionalism she offers all of our canine clients.

Zoe’s position at Brigadoon Animal Hospital allows her to care for patients who may require medical attention or sedation to ensure comfort and safety during grooming.

When Zoe is not caring for our furry family members, she enjoys spending time with her two canine companions, tending to her garden, and traveling.
